How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling us at +1 (416) 926
0540, emailing info@happythermea.com, or filling out our
contact form above. We recommend booking in advance as our
premium services are in high demand.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a wellness consultation where we
discuss your goals and preferences. We'll create a
personalized treatment plan and give you a tour of our
facilities. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your
intake forms.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift certificates for all our services
and programs. They make perfect gifts for birthdays,
anniversaries, or any special occasion. Contact us to purchase
gift certificates.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to receive a full
refund. Cancellations with 12-24 hours notice receive a 50%
refund. Less than 12 hours notice may result in a cancellation
fee.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have complimentary parking available for our clients.
We're also easily accessible by TTC with several bus and
streetcar routes nearby. Bike parking is also available.
